Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize all trading-related documents, records, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the trading department.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate trading databases and records.
- Handle communication with clients, suppliers, and internal departments effectively.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and other administrative materials as needed.
- Ensure strict compliance with company administrative procedures and policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a trading or related environment.
- Excellent organizational and meticulous time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
