Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Aviation Team.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements effectively.
  • Prepare and format various documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications with professionalism.
  • Assist with general office management tasks and daily operations.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Czech and English languages is highly preferred.
