SUMA is seeking an Administrativo(a) de Recursos Humanos (Human Resources Administrative Assistant) to join their team in Lisbon, Portugal. This role will support the HR department with administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of human resources functions within a leading urban environment management company.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing applications.
- Prepare HR-related documents and reports.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding administrative matters.
- Organize and maintain HR department files.
Requirements
