Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective parents and students in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective and enrolled students.
• Organize and coordinate admissions events, tours, and open days.
• Provide administrative support to the admissions team.
• Ensure a high level of customer service for all visitors and callers.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and helpful attitude.
• Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role is a plus.
