Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding flights, bookings, and services.
- Provide accurate information and assistance on travel regulations, baggage policies, and flight schedules.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Process new bookings, modifications, and cancellations with attention to detail.
- Maintain a high level of customer service consistent with flydubai’s brand standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer needs.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
