Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding flights, bookings, and services.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance on travel regulations, baggage policies, and flight schedules.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Process new bookings, modifications, and cancellations with attention to detail.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service consistent with flydubai’s brand standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer needs.
