Key Responsibilities
- Drive Agile transformation across the bank.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience in the banking or financial sector preferred.
- Ability to influence and drive change.
