Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust AI models and algorithms for various client solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in business development, engineering, and IT to integrate AI capabilities.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to extract insights and inform AI system development.
- Implement advanced machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of AI applications.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and recommend new technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an AI Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Demonstrable experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, contract-based project environment.
