Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust AI models and algorithms for emotion detection and behavioral analysis.
• Collaborate closely with research and product teams to integrate AI solutions into the Decode platform.
• Optimize the performance and scalability of AI models to handle large-scale data processing efficiently.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities for continuous model improvement.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements and emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and computer vision.
• Contribute to the entire lifecycle of AI product development, from initial concept to successful deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related technical field.
• Proven experience in developing, training, and deploying AI/ML models, ideally in emotion recognition or behavioral analytics.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and fundamental software engineering principles.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
