Highbrow Technology Inc. is seeking an AI Quality Analyst to join their team in Russia. In this contract role, you will contribute to ensuring the quality and performance of AI solutions, particularly in the Generative AI space, within an engineering context.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate AI models, particularly in Generative AI, for quality and performance.
- Develop and implement testing strategies for AI systems and applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in AI outputs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high standards of AI product quality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI quality assurance processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality assurance or testing, preferably with AI/ML systems.
- Understanding of Generative AI concepts and large language models (LLMs).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, contract-based environment.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate findings and recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
