Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire recruitment process from role briefing, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with Heads of Departments, senior leaders, and hiring managers to understand workforce plans and hiring priorities.
  • Identify and attract top talent through strategic sourcing techniques — including networking, direct headhunting, social media, and specialized AI/digital platforms.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, provide insights on talent acquisition performance, and deliver regular dashboards/reports to management.
  • Support initiatives to enhance the organization’s visibility and reputation as an employer of choice within the digital and AI talent community.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, ensuring a high-quality and efficient hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10–12 years of experience in recruitment, with strong exposure to digital, technology, and AI roles (either in-house or agency).
  • Proven success in managing senior-level stakeholder relationships and advising business leaders on talent strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Solid understanding of digital and AI technologies, roles, and skills (e.g., Data Science, Machine Learning, Product, Engineering, UX/UI, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in recruitment systems (ATS, CRM, Excel, Power BI, or similar).
