Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of air transportation operations, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with international and local aviation regulations and safety standards.
  • Manage personnel, equipment, and resources for efficient air cargo and passenger movement.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize performance and reduce risks.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners to facilitate seamless logistics.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the air transportation team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in air transportation supervision or a related logistics management role.
  • Strong understanding of aviation regulations, safety protocols, and supply chain principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with defense and government contracting environments preferred.
