Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily airport operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to safety and security standards and procedures.
• Oversee passenger services, baggage handling, and ground operations.
• Manage and motivate a team of airport staff, providing training and support.
• Liaise with airline partners, airport authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve operational issues and passenger concerns promptly and effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in airport operations or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of aviation safety and security regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic airport environment.
• Proficiency in relevant airport operational systems and software.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
