    Key Responsibilities

    • Review and proofread a variety of technical and regulatory documents within the pharmaceutical manufacturing context.
    • Ensure all content adheres to ALIM (or relevant industry) standards, grammatical rules, and company style guides.
    • Identify and correct errors in spelling, punctuation, grammar, syntax, and factual inaccuracies.
    • Verify consistency and accuracy of information across multiple documents.
    • Collaborate with authors and subject matter experts to clarify content and implement necessary revisions.
    • Manage deadlines effectively to ensure timely delivery of proofread materials.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a proofreader, preferably within a regulated industry like pharmaceutical manufacturing.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and strong command of the English language.
    • Familiarity with ALIM principles or similar document management systems is highly desirable.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
    • A Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
