Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and reconcile documentation related to grain exchange transactions and agreements.

  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive records for all grain-related activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with commercial, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Support compliance with internal policies and external regulations governing grain trade.
  • Prepare detailed reports and analyze data concerning grain exchange and administrative performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative or financial roles, ideally within the agricultural or commodities sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail for data reconciliation and reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with various stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
