Key Responsibilities

  • Process employee payroll accurately and on time, adhering to local labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage payroll deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings for all staff.
  • Prepare and submit detailed payroll reports to management and relevant authorities.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries regarding compensation.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records, ensuring data integrity.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to streamline and optimize payroll procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst or similar role, preferably 5+ years.
  • Strong knowledge of Argentine labor laws, payroll regulations, and tax compliance.
  • Proficiency in payroll software systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
