Key Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and monitor non-financial risks across the organization.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive risk reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with various departments to embed a strong risk culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience in risk management, preferably non-financial risk, within the banking sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Ability to communicate complex risk issues clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and tools.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
