Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Manage and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes.
- Calculate and process deductions, benefits, and other payroll adjustments.
- Prepare and submit relevant payroll reports and analyses to management.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and related matters promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and tax laws in Argentina.
- Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
