The Analyst, Marketing & Internal Communications role within Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB) US Marketing & Communications team focuses primarily on internal communications, helping to drive employee engagement and awareness around the bank’s purpose, strategy, and initiatives within SCIB US. The Analyst will also support the broader Marketing & Communications function across projects such as content creation, event coordination, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of internal communications across intranet, newsletters, staff emails, and internal events.
- Assist in content writing, editing, and formatting for internal channels and select external communications such as LinkedIn posts.
- Coordinate logistics and materials for internal events, including town halls and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles (internships or early-career experience considered).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and tone.
