Key Responsibilities
- Assist in corporate insolvency, turnaround, and restructuring engagements.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence for various client situations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.
- Support senior team members in managing client relationships and project delivery.
- Contribute to the development of strategies for complex financial challenges.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and KPMG’s professional standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in corporate finance, restructuring, insolvency, or audit.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for client and internal interactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and collaborative team environment.
