Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members across Retail to understand their data needs, define key metrics, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Analyze customer behavior and sales data using various data sources and tools.
  • Generate insights and recommendations to answer critical business questions.
  • Lead the definition and scoping of dashboard requirements in alignment with business needs.
  • Generate reports to communicate key metrics and findings to stakeholders using data analytics / visualisation tools / dashboards.
  • Support the development and adoption of predictive analytics, AI/ML models to optimize demand forecasting and inventory management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • 8 years of experience on data and analytics functions preferably in Retail.
  • Proficient and Hands-on experience on SQL, Python, R, BI tools, Dataiku platform.
  • Experience in ML models operationalization and business value realization.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
