Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular system checks, updates, and troubleshooting to resolve application issues promptly.
• Administer user access, roles, and permissions within various application systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for application upgrades, patching, and new deployments.
• Develop and maintain documentation for application configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on application-related inquiries.

Requirements

• Solid experience in application administration or a similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of various operating systems, databases, and network fundamentals.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving application software and system issues.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
