Key Responsibilities

• Participate in research and development projects related to microbial preparations, enzyme preparations, and other biological raw materials.
• Support the design, execution, and analysis of experiments under supervision.
• Assist in the optimization of biological product formulations and production processes.
• Conduct literature reviews and contribute to technical documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality control.
• Learn and apply standard operating procedures and safety protocols in the lab.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biological Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• Strong theoretical knowledge and keen interest in microbiology and R&D.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive learning attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken Chinese.
