Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounting books.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external use.
- Reconcile bank accounts and other financial statements regularly.
- Support budget preparation and monitor financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with Lithuanian accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounting Specialist or in a similar financial role, ideally 3+ years.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and local regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
