    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounting books.
    • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external use.
    • Reconcile bank accounts and other financial statements regularly.
    • Support budget preparation and monitor financial performance.
    • Ensure compliance with Lithuanian accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an Accounting Specialist or in a similar financial role, ideally 3+ years.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
    • Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and local regulations.
    • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
