Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of all swimming pools and aquatic facilities.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and guest service across all aquatic areas.
- Manage, train, and schedule a team of lifeguards and pool attendants.
- Implement and enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and water quality regulations.
- Develop and coordinate engaging aquatic programs and activities for guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and promptly resolve any issues related to pool services.
Requirements
- Proven extensive experience in aquatics management, ideally within a luxury resort or hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Comprehensive knowledge of pool operations, maintenance, safety protocols, and water chemistry.
- Possession of valid certifications in lifeguarding, first aid, and CPR.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with guests and team members.
