Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-site operations for foundation, piling, and concrete projects.
• Ensure efficient project execution, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate resources, equipment, and personnel effectively on site.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and report on performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Arbetsledare or similar supervisory role in construction/foundation work.
• Strong knowledge of piling techniques, concrete work, and shoring.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining strict safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various project sites.
