Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop architectural plans for modular and pre-manufactured buildings.
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure design integrity and feasibility.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Oversee projects from conceptual design through to completion.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architect, preferably in modular or pre-manufactured construction.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
