This role is responsible for driving business performance across all product portfolios by managing and developing distributor partnerships to achieve regional targets through strategic planning and aligned commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional business strategy to achieve short-term and long-term commercial objectives.
- Lead the implementation of commercial programs and customer-focused initiatives.
- Generate market intelligence reports to inform business decisions.
- Oversee day-to-day commercial operations, addressing distributor challenges and supporting sales activities.
- Train, guide, and support distributors to maximize sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure consistent regional execution and support.
Requirements
- Minimum graduate in Management, Engineering, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in commercial or sales management roles, preferably within the medical devices industry.
- Proven experience in managing distributor networks and leading large-scale sales or regional commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of public tender processes and government procurement procedures across the Levant region.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) with strong leadership capabilities.
