Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Paris region.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales associates, fostering a high-performance and positive work environment.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines across all points of sale.
  • Manage operational efficiency, including inventory control, budget management, and reporting.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with retail partners and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management or an area manager role, ideally within the beauty or retail sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive strategy.
  • A genuine passion for the beauty industry and a deep understanding of Milk Makeup’s brand ethos.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly within Paris and surrounding areas as required.
