Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead Specialty Tech Sales Managers (STSMs) in the area.
- Act as the key interface between customers, distributors/agents, and Adisseo divisions.
- Develop strategies to grow business with distributors/agents and customers.
- Strictly apply commercial policy and detect opportunities to leverage Adisseo’s product line.
- Forecast accurately sales of Adisseo product lines and align STSMs accordingly.
- Manage Adisseo Key Accounts, including relationship development and budgeting.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in sales, ideally in the feed industry.
- Autonomous with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in negotiation and decision-making.
- Excellent time management skills and persuasive abilities.
- Degree in business, marketing, or related field, or Veterinary/Agri/Agro engineering.
