    Key Responsibilities

    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales volume, value, and distribution targets.
    • Maintain strong relationships with store managers and modern trade partners.
    • Ensure planogram implementation and product availability across all outlets.
    • Supervise, train, and motivate a team of merchandisers or sales promoters.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including insights on performance.
    • Monitor inventory levels and stock movements to avoid stock issues.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
    • 2–4 years of sales experience in FMCG or retail.
    • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong analytical ability and proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint.
