Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of local shops within the assigned area to ensure smooth and efficient delivery processes.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure high service standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within local shop operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and logistics to support local shop growth.

• Proven experience in operations management, particularly in a fast-paced environment like e-commerce or logistics.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide local teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and using operational metrics to drive decisions.
