Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of sales associates to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned area.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Ensure compliance with cooperative policies and sales procedures.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in sales.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
