Progeen Construction is seeking an Arkitekt/e Zbatimi (Implementation Architect) to join their team in Durrës, Albania. This role involves contributing to the design, production, and construction phases of various civil residential projects, ensuring high-quality and contemporary architectural solutions from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the implementation of architectural designs on construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with design, production, and construction teams for seamless project execution.
• Prepare and manage all necessary legal documentation, permits, and applications.
• Contribute to the development of contemporary and high-quality construction solutions.
• Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance throughout the construction lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in architectural implementation within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and relevant regulations (e.g., FIDIC contracts).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in architectural software and project management tools.
