Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute compelling visual concepts for various marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and high visual quality across all creative assets, including digital, print, and packaging.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to translate strategic goals into impactful creative solutions.
• Manage the design process from initial conceptualization through to final production.
• Stay abreast of current industry trends, design tools, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Contribute to the evolution and refinement of waterdrop®’s overall visual brand identity and creative guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in art direction or a similar creative role, preferably within a consumer goods or lifestyle brand.
• A strong portfolio showcasing innovative design, visual storytelling, and art direction capabilities.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international work environment.
