Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative visual strategies across all digital platforms.
• Oversee and guide the design team, ensuring high-quality output and brand consistency.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Drive visual innovation, staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI-driven design tools.
• Manage multiple design projects from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Mentor and develop junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience (10+ years) in an Art Director role or a senior creative/graphic design position, preferably within a digital agency environment.
• A strong and compelling portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects and demonstrated visual leadership.
• Exceptional proficiency with industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively articulate creative vision.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on AI and advanced digital solutions.
• Experience working with international clients and a solid understanding of diverse market needs and cultural nuances.
