Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize detailed maintenance schedules and plans for critical equipment.
  • Coordinate with technical teams and external vendors for timely execution of maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary spare parts, tools, and resources for planned activities.
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance performance metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders and associated costs.
  • Implement and enforce robust safety standards and best practices in all planning and execution stages.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in maintenance planning within a manufacturing or industrial setting (10+ years).
  • Strong understanding of maintenance processes, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in maintenance planning software or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Strong communication and collaborative teamwork abilities in a diverse environment.
