Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize detailed maintenance schedules and plans for critical equipment.
- Coordinate with technical teams and external vendors for timely execution of maintenance tasks.
- Ensure the availability of necessary spare parts, tools, and resources for planned activities.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance performance metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders and associated costs.
- Implement and enforce robust safety standards and best practices in all planning and execution stages.
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance planning within a manufacturing or industrial setting (10+ years).
- Strong understanding of maintenance processes, tools, and industry best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in maintenance planning software or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong communication and collaborative teamwork abilities in a diverse environment.
