Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or construction.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving sales goals.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market in Cali (South of Cali).
