Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the branch office.
- Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, appointments, and events.
- Manage office correspondence, documentation, and filing systems efficiently.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other relevant materials.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with professionalism.
- Support the team with various operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative, assistant, or coordinator role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
