Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Support VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor reconciliations.
- Assist with payroll, expense claims, and internal audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP).
- Understanding of Trade Finance (LC, TR, LBD) and Inventory Management.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and UAE VAT laws.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
