    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure adequate staffing of the retail sales department.
    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to Customer Service Officers (CSOs).
    • Actively sell and cross-sell asset and liability products.
    • Monitor CSO daily operations and provide necessary authorizations.
    • Ensure compliance with audit, risk, legal, and policy requirements.
    • Participate in daily retail sales team meetings.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
    • 10 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector.
    • At least 5 years in similar managerial positions in the branch network function.
    • Strong sales and customer service skills.
    • Knowledge of banking products and services.
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
