Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality sports coaching sessions to individuals and groups of varying ages and skill levels.
- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of sports programs and events.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment, promoting sportsmanship and participant development.
- Monitor and evaluate participant progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Ensure adherence to ESM’s coaching standards and safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with the coaching team and other staff members to enhance overall program delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sports coaching, preferably with both adults and children.
- Strong understanding of relevant sports techniques, rules, and strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage participants, fostering a passion for sports.
- Possess relevant coaching certifications or qualifications (if applicable to specific sport).
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
