Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of commercial strategies for projects.
• Assist in contract negotiation, review, and administration processes.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and revenue streams, ensuring financial health.
• Prepare accurate commercial reports, forecasts, and analyses.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and teams on all commercial aspects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in commercial management, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or construction sectors.
• Solid understanding of contract law, commercial principles, and project life cycles.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary international environment.
