Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Manage event logistics, including setup, audiovisual requirements, and catering services.
- Ensure all events adhere to Crowne Plaza’s high standards of quality and service.
- Support the sales and marketing teams in promoting event spaces and packages.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues during events promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
