Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing all hotel operations and staff.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction across all departments.
- Manage and optimize operational efficiency, including front office, F&B, and housekeeping.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively and promptly.
- Support staff training, development, and performance management initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or resort setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and general office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
