Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all daily operations of the pool bar, ensuring smooth service and efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate the pool bar team to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue.
- Monitor inventory, manage orders, and ensure cost control for all bar products.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all health regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience across the resort.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a management role within a luxury hospitality or F&B environment, preferably in a pool bar setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on staff development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with guests and colleagues.
- In-depth knowledge of beverage operations, inventory management, and cost control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle demanding situations professionally.
