Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the scheduling, planning, and delivery of corporate and club golf tournaments.
- Oversee prize presentations, press releases, and event setups using Golf Genius software.
- Supervise and manage interns, including onboarding and mentorship.
- Participate in Duty Manager shifts and oversee daily golf operations as needed.
- Monitor 59Club results and report improvements to the Director of Golf.
- Maintain golf tournament P&L’s to track profit and loss figures for all club events.
Requirements
- A degree in Hospitality Management, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in golf operations, event management, or customer service roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of golf operations, including tee time management and event planning.
- Familiarity with golf management software.
