Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in an HR role, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
