Key Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting, supporting, diagnosing, and resolving IT technical issues.
• Install authorized software on computers and ensure consistent updates.
• Assist in implementing the IT Manual across SKM offices.
• Help maintain updated lists of IT infrastructure and suppliers.
• Assist in maintaining CCTV, PABX, Attendance, Barcode readers, and MPS systems.
• Perform scheduled hardware and software maintenance.

• 1-2 Years of experience
• Ability to troubleshoot HW and SW issues

• Ability to work well in a team
