Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar assistant management role within a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong team management and motivational skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is highly advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
