Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital banking, financial technology, or a related field, preferably within GTB.
  • Strong understanding of digital product development processes, agile methodologies, and project management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on innovation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
